Perseus-M2 not heard: Satellites information update by JE9PEL

Perseus-M2 が聞こえるという情報があったので、今朝のパスで待ってみましたが
何も聞こえてきませんでした。 本日その準備万端していた時の様子が上図です。
2014年7月20日に、Perseus-M2信号を受信保存した時の mp3を聞いてみて下さい。

   (1) 衛星周波数を確認。例 Perseus-M2, 400.190MHz

   (2) 自作 sdrtofcd.xls の Frequency欄にその周波数を入力。

   (3) sdrtofcd.xls の Shift値は、自局FCDの個体差の修正値。
   (4) Orbitron起動→衛星選択→Rotor/Radioタブ クリック→
       Driver欄右側の□ボタンクリック→DDE Client自動起動
   (5) SDR#起動→SDR#Center欄に sdrtofcd.xls Center値入力。
   (6) SDR#Play→SDR#Shift欄に sdrtofcd.xls Shift値入力。
   (7) SDR#Satellite Tracker(Plugin)→Enableクリック→
       Tracking Software欄でOrbitron選択→Connectクリック。

   (1) Confirm the satellite frequency, example Perseus-M2, 400.190MHz

   (2) Input this frequency into my sdrtofcd.xls

   (3) Shift value in sdrtofcd.xls is the correction value of the
       individual differneces of my FCD.
   (4) Run Orbitron -> Select Satellite -> Click Rotor/Radio tab.
       -> Click on the square button on the right side of Driver box.
       -> DDE Client will start automatically.
   (5) Run SDR#
       -> Input the center value of sdrtofcd.xls to SDR# Center box.
   (6) Play SDR#
       -> Input the Shift value of sdrtofcd.xls to SDR# Shift box.
   (7) SDR#Satellite Tracker(Plugin) -> Click Enable.
       -> Select Orbitron in Tracking Software box -> Click Connect.
