DK3WN / Mike Rupprecht氏の見解では、

RS-38 #35869 is TATIANA-2
RS-28 #35868 is UGATUSAT ということです。

Hello Mineo,

Do you remember - after my last posting on the AMSAT-BB regarding RS-38 and
UGATUSAT I had some discussion with Nico PA0DLO and others.

I was confused and so I read all the last e-mails about the RS28/RS38 story
again. And I found this original mail from Andy, G0SFJ on the AMSAT-BB.

That means RS-38 is really Universitetsky-2.
We thought this was an typo at this time we got the e-mail ;-)

> Our satellite called as RS-38 also
> Universitetskiy-Tatiana-2 was launched in 17 september 2009 in 19h
> 55min 12 sec DMT(Decret Moscow Time) from
> Baikonur cosmodrome launching pad N 31.
> All onboard systems are working in normal mode.
> Satellite is stabilisated and orientated properly.
> We are working ower it.
> Mass of the satellite 98,2 kg.
> Power of solar batterys 150 Watts, onboard voltage 27 Volts DC.
> Downlink central frequences are 435.440 MHz and 435.490 MHz for
> onboard systems telemetry and 1.708 GHz for scientific telemetry also.

And this means the TLE from TATIANA-2 and UGATUSAT (seems now to be RS-28)
were swapped by Space-Track or NORAD.

#35869 is TATIANA-2
#35868 is UGATUSAT

Hello Mike,

By the above element, UGATUSAT is now typing 'RS38' with 435.490MHz.

Therefore I think the category of RS-38 to be UGATUSat, not TATIANA-2
on your blog ?
