Satellites information update by JE9PEL

2001年3月23日に大気圏再突入した旧ソ連の衛星 MIR について、日本語(自著)の
記事は My_HP(105,108,109,110,111,112,120,121,127,130,132,133,134) に記録
を残してありますが、英語の関連記事は所在不明になっていました。今回、その
英語版の記事を復旧して、ここに再現しました。

ところで、日本語の記事 No.105 の下段に登場する色鉛筆でロケットの絵を描い
ていた当時６才の園児は、今春、大学(物理科) に進学します。
将来、宇宙や衛星に興味を持ってくれればよいのですが.....

Hello all,

I got a lot of responses about problem of digital mode 
through HO-68. The main problem is that Packet communication 
is often interrupted by voice. We are trying a new schedule 
in this week, voice and packet operations will be separated 
by the schedule, of course, this just depends on the hams'own 
discipline. If you have any comment and suggestion, please 
let me know.
