This "sample3.txt" are just 50 lines of FO-29 CW telemetry data.
I received truly about 10 lines of CW telemetry from FO-29 in 1999,
and I made "sample3.txt" from this true file to test "fo29cwte.exe"
if "fo29cwte.exe" worked correctly until 50 lines.
This some very sharp falls in spin rate appear in this true file.
I think these falls may be caused by the incorrect data from FO-29
or my incorrect decipher of these data.
