about DSLWP-B: Satellites information update by JE9PEL

DSLWP2 seems to have impacted into the far side of Moon on July 31.
I, JE9PEL expressed this as "re-entered". The mission controller
BG2BHC, Mr.Wei's Twitter has been declared the end of the mission.

Even if DSLWP2 is alive, the command to emit a radio signal will
not be transmitted. And I don't think there is any way to find
it rounding the moon.

On July 31 a Chinese lunar microsatellite impacted on the
far side of the Moon, near Van Gent & Konstantinov craters,
