Finally I got it!
WISP32 does not work correctly with VSPE driver,
I replaced it with HW_VSP3.

I added "Full-Duplex" option to the main version of HS_Soundmodem,
you can find the "Full-duplex mode" check box in the "Modem" settings.
This option is configured separately for two channels.

30秒ごとの発信信号を短く圧縮してあります。

I have here ExAlta-1 wave signal, 4k8 BPSK or GMSK.
I compressed the sound being transmitted every 30 seconds
into a small size file.
