"Doppler.sqf" for SatPC32 ― 2022年03月23日 18時38分

SatPC32用の "Doppler.sqf" を全面改訂した。

The mistakes of all satellites were completely revised.
If the latest version of the (my JE9PEL) "Doppler.sqf" file
doesn't work on SatPC32, the cause is the satellite name in
this file, so change it to the satellite name used in AMSAT-NA.
