Satellites information update by JE9PEL

Windows10_PC のバッテリーが満充電されず、それを外したり完全放電を
繰り返したりといろいろ実験しても、65％〜75％ より満充電されず諦め
ていたが、バッテリーユーティリティをインストールして設定をいじって
いたら、やっと 100％になった。いつまで満充電状態が続くかな。

デコード実験中。
実際は48秒間隔送信であったのを編集して詰めた。>JH4XSY/1
