Hello Scott,
I read your report and saw some images on Meteor M2-2.

I added one line in Plugins.xml of SDR# Ver1553 as follows.
<add key="Meteor" value="SDRSharp.Meteor.MeteorPlugin,SDRSharp.Meteor" />
And I put two dll files required "Meteor Demodulator" in SDR# folder.
> SDRSharp.Meteor.dll
> SDRSharp.PluginsCom.dll
However, the plugin "Meteor Demodulator" is not displayed on SDR#.
Are there any settings missing yet?

Hello! Very nice to hear from you, sir.
I have exchanged messages with JA0CAW about this. I have even put
an exact copy of my working SDR# folder (with Meteor Plug-in) at the
following URL: ... (hidden by je9pel) ...
... but even using my exact files, the Meteor Plug-In does not show up
in SDR# on Japanese computers.
I have no answer for that. Could it be something about the character
set or language installed?
Would it possible for someone there who can use English to try on a
computer set to the English character set?
I have never heard of a program that works fine on one computer but is
not visible at all on computers in another country or with a different
language.
There has to be a way to get an OQPSK decoder operational on the
computers in Japan!
Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help.
My respect to you and best regards,
