ChubuSat-2 weak signal ― 2016年03月06日 07時54分

07:33-07:45JST, 6 Mar 2016, Ele 43 WS-S-E, 437.102MHz 9600bps GMSK
標準周波数より +2kHz で、スペクトルには +/-5kHz にピークがあります。
もう少し信号強度があると、デコードが出来そうな気がしますが.....

ChubuSat-3 strong signal ― 2016年03月06日 09時41分

09:10-09:22JST, 6 Mar 2016, Ele 42 W-S-SE, 437.424MHz 9600bps GMSK
こちらは標準周波数よりも -1kHz で、スペクトルに +/-5kHz の幅があります。
ChubuSat-2 よりも遥かに強い信号です。

今朝の観測で、ChubuSat-3 の CW は、ほぼ標準周波数どおりの
437.424～437.425MHz であることがわかりました。

FoxTelem patch version 1.03h [amsat-bb] ― 2016年03月07日 19時40分

I have released a patch to Version 1.03 of FoxTelem. This fixes two minor
issues that have been reported to me:
1. The measurements were being displayed incorrectly, so it appeared that
they were not being collected.
2. Sometimes a small number of frames were not sent to the sever.

If you are not experiencing these issues, then you don't need to upgrade.

It is only 1 file and you just copy it into the installation directory and
overwrite the file that is there. You know it has worked if the version
number is now 1.03h.
