I succeeded in launching correctly "PacSatGround-0.42b.jar"
on LINUX as follows after starting Terminal application.
It's especially important to enter it as in the third line. 

$ cd mirsat1
$ cd PacSatGround_0.42b_linux
$ java -jar PacSatGround.jar
