In this wav file, the first two of the three signals can be decoded
matching at 3340Hz the flag bar in the spectrum of SoundModem and
the third can be decoded by matching it at 3747Hz.

[Preparing for the deployment from ISS on 16-17 Nov 2017]

JAXA is preparing for the deployment of NRCSD#13 from the ISS in the
November 16-17 timeframe. NRCSD#13 includes the ELaNa XXII CubeSats:
ASTERIA, Dellingr/RBLE, and OSIRIS-3U. OSIRIS-3U will transmit on
437.505 MHz with GMSK data rates up to 38k4. The cubesats were
