Windows Liveメール ― 2017年07月06日 20時28分

Windows 10 でも、メール送信に Windows Liveメール を利用しているのですが、
あるメールをテキスト形式で送信しても、受信側で UTF-8形式で一見文字化け風
に見えてしまうことがあり、受信ソフトによってはメール全体が読めないことが
あったので、調べてみました。昔から環境依存文字や半角カタカナは御法度でし
たが、それに ｢どこそこから｣ を意味する ｢～｣ が入っていると、メール全体が
文字化けしてしまうことが再確認できました。通常のメールソフトでは、多少の
環境依存文字が入っていてもメール全体が文字化けするようなことはありません。

※自局環境では、1998-067MW を GROUP.TXT に含めると、CALSAT32 がエラーになります。
※元期 17189 以降の TLE では、1998-067MW の問題は解消されました。

from our satellites. You can use this for your special community Programs.
We will upload your song to the satellites and transmit it from Space.
You we can do this by providing a MIDI file format of your song after
providing your information on this page.
