SOMP と ESTCube-1 は、JA0CAW局によると両衛星とも Beacon-STOP している
状態だそうです。GS から JA1GDE局宛てに届いたメールが、JA0CAW局Blog に
掲載されています。それを、私(JE9PEL/1)が意訳してみました。

13:00UTC の良いパスの時でさえも、我々は(衛星と)コンタクトを持てない。
これは普通でない状態だ。二つの説明がつく。一つは当初計画されたとおり
の単純なスイッチオフ。もう一つは太陽電池の電力変換に問題があること。
ESTCube
情報をありがとう。07:20UTC のパスで、我々は双方向のコンタクトを持って
いて、12V_電源レギュレータがスイッチオンだったことを除けば、全てが OK
だった。私はこのことについて、我々の EPSチームと議論し、そして 衛星が
ここに来るパスの間、ビーコンを記録しようと思う。現時点で、オンボード
カメラからの最初のまともな画像をダウンしようとしていて、すでに約 1/7
は得ている。

We had no contact either, even through we have good passes at 13:00 UTC.
This is an untypical behaviour. There are two explanation: One the
beacon is simple switched off as originally planned. The other that
there is a problem with the solar cell power conversion. Kind regards

Thanks for the information. We had two-way contact around 07:20 UTC,
everything was OK, except 12V power regulator was switched on. I'll
discuss this with our EPS team and try to record beacon during coming
passes here. At the moment we are trying to get down our first decent
image from onboard camera.. about 1/7 is already there.
