ロシアの衛星 RS-39 が、Progress M-13M ISS補給船の離脱に合わせ、2012年1月
24日 23:14UTC (1月25日 08:14JST)に補給船から放出されるようです。周波数は
435.315MHz or 435.215MHz, CW ということで、今までの RS衛星と同様なデータ
フォーマットということです。ロシア衛星はよくわからないことが多いのですが
これから情報収集をしてみます。
