Q. The satellite was over Chile that time. Do we need an earth ground
   station in South America, inside the footprint of the satellite,
   to send the operational changing command to the bird for HO-68 real
   time answer to the request or only the Chinese controler sent the
   command, for satellite store the information and, at appropriated
   time, far way from Asian footprint, HO-68 active the ordered?

A. We upload programm command to the satellite when the satellite pass
   Chinese airspace and then the satellite act the order at appropriated time.

Q. 衛星はその時、チリ上空にいた。 衛星 HO-68 に動作変更コマンドを送って
   要求に対するリアルタイムの返答を得るために、衛星圏内の南米に地上局が
   必要なのか？　それとも遠く離れたアジア圏内の中国人管制局のみが衛星に
   蓄積情報を送り、HO-68 は適切な時間に順番に動作しているのか？

A. 我々は、衛星のパスが中国上空を通過する時にプログラムコマンドをアップ
   ロードしている。そして衛星は適切な時間に順番に動作している。

1. kiss2asc.zip を kiss2ascフォルダにダウンロード解凍。
   http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftpsoft.html

2. 保存KISSファイルを kiss2ascフォルダにコピー。

3. そのKISSファイル名を半角8文字に リネーム。
   (例) 2009-12-28-12.kss → 91228xw1.kss

4. WindowsXP - スタート - すべてのプログラム - アクセサリ
    - コマンドプロンプト → kiss2ascフォルダに移動

5. 書式に従って、KISSファイルを ASCII(text)ファイルに変換。
   DOSプロンプト( > )に続けて、
   (プログラム名) (KISSファイル名) (ASCIIファイル名) と打ち込む。
   (例) kiss2asc 91228xw1.kss 91228xw1.txt (Enter)

6. 自動的に ASCII(text)ファイルが同じフォルダに作成される。

7. 本日夜パスで受信した XW-1 のKISSファイルを変換したものから抜粋。
